March 2025 Agenda Annual Parish Meeting
ANNUAL HORSINGTON PARISH MEETING
Wednesday 12th March 2025 @ 7.00pm.
Charles Hill Community Hall will be open from 6.30pm for refreshments.
Proposed Agenda.
Note: All local Parishes are legally obliged to hold an 'Annual Parish Community - Village Meeting', between 1st March and 1st June, each year. This is an opportunity for residents to attend and share your views and concerns you may have about current local issues. Although this meeting is arranged by local Parish Councils it is a residents meeting, NOT a Parish Council Meeting. However this meeting can be an opportunity for Parish Councils to give a brief out-line of their duties and responsibilities, acting on behalf of the local community & to gain feedback from local resi-dents.
1. Welcome.
2. Chair's Report meeting of 13 March 2024 to be approved and signed as true record.
3. Presentation on the work of the Dogdyke Pumping Station Preservation Trust - David Stark.
4. Presentation - Information Mobile Shop Provision Horsington - Mark Waby.
5. Parish Council over view & update.
6. Charles Hill Community Hall Update - Chair Sue Howard.
7. Winter Warm Space - Provision Summary & Update - Niki Elliot.
8. Break - refreshments.
9. Community Forum:
An opportunity for members of the community to raise items of interest that will benefit the community and any issues which are a cause of ongoing concerns which are considered to require attention and actions.
