1. Apologies for Absence – A Robinson Reason for absence was agreed by the Councillors.
2. Minutes of Meeting held 10th June 2019 - The minutes were read, proposed, seconded and resolved by the council as correct and signed by the chairman.
3. Matters Arising –
7a – Annual Parish Meeting – LN to contact Aeron Birch of the Old Vicarage, Woodhall Spa to see if he is available to talk about Mustard Gas, at the 2020 Annual Parish Meeting
9 Speed Watch Scheme- LN to put up a poster asking for 5 volunteers to run this scheme.

The invoices were discussed and it was resolved to authorise these payments
5. Chairman’s items - The chairman raised the following item.
Replacement Benchs – The benches have been ordered and are due to be delivered on the 27th Sept .2019.
6. Clerks items
The finger post at the top of Moor Lane has been damaged. LN to contact Highways and request a repair.
7. Correspondence.
None
8. AOB
The area of land behind Tower View is overgrown. LN to find out who is responsible for the maintenance of the land and access Path.
Cllr Leslie and Cllr Bradford announced that they will be carrying out a litter picking exercise.
County Cllr P Bradwell informed us that Highways is going to include repairs to Stixwould road in next years schedule.
