To resolve if necessary, to temporarily suspend the meeting for a period of no more than 15 minutes to allow for a period of public participation. Ref: 1020/22 Notice of Vacancy in Office of Councillor - Update Co-Option (Vacancy publicised on HPC COVID 19 information Flier.)

Ref: 1020/26 New Horsington Parish Council Website. Documentation removed from old web site & transferred to new - initial set up completed Clerk is liaising with web designer to ensure all functions are satisfactorily enabled. Site is compliant with 
current accessibility requirements.

Ref: 1020/28 Bank Mandate amendments completed. LCC Highways Grass Cutting Funding Financial Yr 2019/20 - Completed funding received.

VAT 126 Refund Claim 2020/21. Receipt of rebate is outstanding - matter in hand.

Ref: 1220/44 (a) Completed applied and received funding - Cllr Bradwell COVID 19 support grant towards cleaning and hand sanitization for Horsington Village Hall.
